In 2005 PCRS was created with the idea that customers and insurance companies should not need to look to multiple contractors to clean up and restore property that was damaged by Fires, floods and Smoke. The simple concept was a "One Stop Shop". Before PCRS came along and your basement was flooded, you would find a company that could clean it up. Then if repairs to the structure were required, you needed to find a construction contractor to do the tear out and reconstruction. This all had to be coordinated with your insurance adjuster. The same problem existed if you were unfortunate enough to have a fire at your home.PCRS was created as one of the few companies that can not only clean up your property, but as a licensed contractor it would be qualified to make the repairs.
