Each have prior industry experience in Senior Executive positions (including CEO, CFO/COO and Senior Manufacturing Engineer) which ensures quick solutions to business issues. Services delivered include the development of strategic plans, Covid business plan support / scenario planning, capital structure work / fundraising and lean process / manufacturing efficiency work. Clients are cross sectoral (examples include Engineering, ICT/SAAS, Medical, Infrastructure and Manufacturing / Food) and include mix of public and private sector corporates as well as private equity investment.
