Peaceful Living is a small business set up by Sarah Hunt in April 2008. Sarah started by offering reiki treatments and workshops, progressing onto also offering angel, meditation and crystal workshops and readings. In 2012 Sarah channelled a new system of energy healing which she worked with for 3 years, coming to understand how it worked so that she could teach it. In 2015 Sarah streamlined her business, moving form reiki to the new energies of Cosmic Heart Energy Healing ( CHEH) and now focuses on working with the energies of CHEH for healing sessions and workshops. Sarah has come to understand how important it is to open the heart centre so that you can work from a place of love and compassion so that your life flows and synchronises with your life purpose. Sarah channelled information about the Soul Blockage, a build up of negative energy in the heart centre that blocks our ability to connect with our Soul and Source. The Soul Blockage is always removed during a first treatment enabling you to start to reconnect with your Soul, your true essence, the energies of divine love. Sarah's work continues to grow and develop as she heals herself, lifts her vibrations and becomes more and more connected with her Soul and Source. She has come to understand how complex healing really is and that what is going on in the physical world is just the tip of the iceberg. Her work as a past life regression therapist gave her insight into how past lives affect the current life and she now clears past lives during healing sessions, releasing old thought and behaviour patterns and programmes that no longer serve people. Sarah teaches CHEH to four levels. Each level is designed to help people to heal, grow and develop themselves as well as learn how to heal others.
