Peaceful + Practical Edible Gardens is an edible landscape company. P+P also provides maintenance, harvest and education packages for those seeking to learn the skills to grow their own foodscapes. Heavily influenced by the ethical principles of Permaculture, we center people and the Earth, and believe in bringing food closer to home, while maintaining a beautiful and bountiful landscape. Peaceful + Practical Edible Gardens was born out of three specific experiences: My love for gardening and a tiny garden that provided more food than my family could possibly eat, a toddler that seemed to eat anything growing in our yard (but nothing from the kitchen), and a lime tree. Yes, a lime tree can grow in central Indiana! Our mission is to grow healthy food in a way that reconnects us with nature and brings a sense of community, while maintaining the peace and beauty we long for in our outdoor spaces.
