Peachtree NORML is leading the fight to end cannabis prohibition in Georgia's municipalities, as well as the state and local levels.Cannabis criminalization is a leading cause of over-policing and mass incarceration, and promotes needless stigma against peaceful people, including vulnerable patients and caregivers. We believe evidence can change minds, and grassroots advocacy can change hearts.Despite a century of misinformation and fearmongering by government, a supermajority of Georgians -most of whom are not cannabis consumers themselves - favor ending the failed prohibition experiment.
