His knowledge base spans over 25 years of retail business leadership in a competitive environment in both the public and private sectors. Ken leveraged this broad-based experience to launch Peak 11 Insights in 2017, a company focused on brand building by providing consumer insights through a partnership with Colorado State University. Prior to launching his business, Ken was a member of the Executive Team at Tractor Supply Company. As Senior Vice President General Merchandise Manager for the company he oversaw all the Vice Presidents of Merchandise along with the Vice President of Product Development and Sourcing. He led the strategy, budget, execution, marketing, business relationships and profitability of all merchandise activities.
