Located in Southwest Colorado, Peak Food & Beverage operates four restaurant concepts: Steamworks Brewing Co., HomeSlice Pizza, El Moro Spirits & Tavern and Bird's. Steamworks began operations in 1996 and is a nationally and internationally acclaimed brewput in Durango winning 18 medals at the Great American Beer Festival and 56 at the World Beer Cup. HomeSlice began with one location in 2002 and has grown to three Durango locations. El Moro Spirits & Tavern opened in an historic site in Durango in 2013, focusing on craft cocktails and locally-sourced food ingredients.Bird's, a fast-casual chicken rostisserie chicken restaurant, was hatched in 2019 in the growing North Main District of Durango.Peak's Vision: Through hospitality, we foster an environment that provides a positive guest experience.
