Plan of Care programs are assessed and reviewed on an ongoing basis to ensure quality of care is being met. Whether we are providing assistant services or medical care, every client has an individualized Plan of Care tailored to their particular needs.The non-medical aspect of care is also an essential part of our clients health that cannot be overlooked. These services are paramount to allowing individuals to remain in their homes for as long as possible. Companionship and the wide variety of interactive activities that we offer serve to enhance the quality of life for those living alone or taking on the care of a spouse/loved one.
