I am finally fulfilling a childhood dream of building a house. Pear Tree Cottage was a crumbling 1940s bungalow set in 4 idyllic acres of East Hampshire and by this time next year it will have been replaced with a new super eco friendly georgian style farmhouse that will look as if it has been there for 200 years.Hopefully this is the first of many as it is great fun.
