The chosen lender then pays a commission to our company. This commission is not paid by the client and is fully disclosed to you in our regulatory documents. The rate and fees offered at the bank for the same product are the same. We are licensed under ASIC and our Mortgage Brokers hold memberships with the relevant industry bodies (MFAA, COSL, FBAA).
