Recognizing the needs of intercultural communications and professional exchanges in the field of social work between East and West, P.E.A.R.L. Institute of New York is promoting optimal policy and service outcomes for the Pacific Rim populations through a collaborating process of education, advocacy, research and training with overseas social work institutions, organizations and practitioners. P.E.A.R.L.
