Welcome to Pearl Street. Our 65 place centre is located in one of Melbourne's most culturally diverse and rapidly evolving areas close to the CBD. Our families are drawn from nearby suburbs of Oak Park, Hadfield, Strathmore, Coburg Pascoe Vale, Fawkner, and Essendon.The purpose built centre opened in 1995 and is privately owned. Located in a quiet tree-lined street near several primary schools, our on-site carpark with additional ample street parking makes dropping off and picking up convenient for busy families.Our early learning programs and quality care reflect and meet the National Quality Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework. Pearl Street runs a fully accredited and funded Kindergarten Program. Our outdoor spaces offer the opportunity for the children to play and learn about themselves, nature, the growing of their own fresh produce and the fun of fresh air.Our professional team of educators ensure that your child will be cared for in a warm, welcoming and friendly environment so that your child will experience a great day of fun and learning!All our nutritionally balanced meals are prepared by our own cook in our centre kitchen, with our menus being HEAS approved. Our educators and families work in partnership to ensure that children have a strong sense of Belonging while being part of the Pearl Street Community.At Pearl Street, we employ and encourage environmentally sound and resourceful practices so that children become aware of their responsibility towards caring for our world both now and in the future.
