This perspective allows us to recommend ways to create incremental value for the properties under management.With meticulous and robust reporting, each owner is always up to date on the asset status, cash flows, and investment returns. Unlike many property firms, we charge a fee on actual revenues received, not on gross potential receipts. This incentivizes us to generate positive growth, and to maintain the property to quality standards, which supports leasing efforts. We periodically conduct rental market analysis to ensure units are leased at maximum rent for the current market conditions.
