Hiçbir suni koruyucu yada katkı maddesi kullanmadan, taptaze malzemelerle dondurduğumuz gıdalarımızı, yıllardır beraber çalıştığımız, ailemizin birer parçası haline gelen lokal tedarikçilerimizden sağladığımız malzemelerle hazırlıyoruz.Asırlardır, jenerasyondan jenerasyona aktarılan tariflerden yola çıkarak ürettiğimiz, şeffaf içeriğiyle sofralarınızda yer almak için bekleyen unlu mamüllerimizin arasında geleneksel mantı çeşitleri, Antakya böreği gibi yöresel tatlar, milföyler, tatlılar, İtalyan gurme şefimizle birlikte hazırladığımız pizza çeşitlerimiz ve çok daha fazlasına rastlamanız mümkün…We're committed not only to the recipes, but also to how they're prepared: from scratch and made just the way you would in your own home. What we really mean is that although the times have changed, our recipes have not. As PekFood we're aware that frozen food does not have a good reputation, and we're here to break that misconception. Freezing is a totally healthy way to preserve perishable foods. What we do, is simply freeze fresh, simple ingredients without using any artificial preservatives and unnatural additives. While putting flavor and nutrition in the center, we produce wholesome recipes that have been handed down within our family for decades, such as the traditional Turkish manti, Southern Anatolian filo rolls, mille feuille, baked desserts, as well as the quintessential Neapolitan pizza that we've co-created with an expert Italian gourmet chef, and so many more…
