PELE provides fun, refreshing, and insightful outdoor workshops that are ideal for personal and business development activities, as well as fun days out for groups and teams of all kinds.Based on the international EAGALA model, PELE workshops are suitable for individuals and groups alike, and use the horse arena as a "mirror" reflecting the emotions and interpersonal dynamics of the participants.All the participants carry out several tasks that require people and horses to work together. No horse riding takes place, and no prior experience with horses is required. We hold discussions throughout the tasks to highlight the horses' behavior and reactions, as well as a brief session afterward to draw conclusions. We also provide a follow-up report presenting our professional observations and recommendations for personal or team development.Why horses? Horses are social animals, and their herd dynamics are very similar to those of a human team: each individual must know and understand their role, while the team must also have a strong leader who can guide the team through a variety of challenges and obstacles.
