Originally Peli Construction Company was your basic construction company but one particular job changed the focus of the company. Through a referral by a friend employed by an elevator company, PCC completed a job that introduced me to the concept of Universal Design. This became my passion and drive because the concept took construction from purely cosmetic or functional to something that could literally change my customer's lives. For the disabled customer a bathroom can be altered to allow him/her to shower independently for the first time. For the young couple purchasing their dream home, we can help ensure that their home remains safe, comfortable, and beautiful for years to come. Universal design makes sense for everyone. I appreciate this aspect tremendously and enjoy each opportunity to put the concept of Universal Design into practice. To further my knowledge, I have earned a certification in Universal Design via the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI).
