The Engineering Leadership Society (ELS) focuses on providing a community within the Engineering Leadership Development (ELD) program where students can enhance their leadership skills through challenging and relevant professional experiences. The ELS community is an inclusive and engaging environment for aspiring engineering leaders to collaborate. Members will have the resources and opportunities to further develop the skills, knowledge, and practices taught in the ELD program through various leadership positions, mentoring activities, and project management initiatives.
