PenPal Technologies is an innovative Peer-to-Peer mobile application that connects students in China with English tutors in North America. Our platform provides a virtual market place for tutors and students to match with each other. This platform removes the traditional third-party customer service representatives that initially match tutors and students in Asia, leading to a more smooth and efficient service. PenPal focuses on a "hands-on" type of tutoring experience for students that allows them to get away from the traditional and boring lesson plan and actually learn English by having real conversations with North American tutors. Also, our application allows tutors to be flexible with location and work on their own terms. We encourage tutors to be their own boss, schedule appointments at their convenience, while earning a substantial income.
