Publishing - Montreal, Quebec, Canada
Pensées canadiennes is the Canadian undergraduate journal of philosophy. We accept submissions in both national languages, and in any area of philosophy — the only stipulation being that the writer be an undergraduate student in a Canadian philosophy department. Pensées exists for a few reasons. Its distribution to departments across the country encourages a national discourse in philosophy among students who can often be at great geographical and political distance from one another. Pensées publishes the best undergraduate papers nationwide in order to demonstrate the merit of original and thought-provoking undergraduate philosophy writing .We aim to publish around five excellent papers each year in various areas of philosophy. Pensées also conducts and publishes each year an interview with a distinguished philosopher working in Canada. We look forward to doing philosophy with you!
