With decades of know-how in the fields of camera manufacturing, we are specialists in the fields of fine mechanics, the processing of metals or plastics with injection molding. With this know-how, we produce highest precision as a certified automotive system supplier and guarantee 100% fault-free delivery quality. To reach this aim, we continuously optimize our manufacturing processes and test with the help of self-developed optical and acoustic testing machines. At this point, we are system integrator in the optics industry and have specialized in digital image processing.As a contract manufacturer for customers operating in various sectors, we produce complex plastic injected parts with one-shot or two-shot technology. Always on the side of the costumer, we develop constructive approaches, test their feasibility with fill-analysis (MoldFlow) before production and produce tailor-made forms in an in-house mold shop. This shortens the actual process of creating and producing an idea to a finale product. Optical and medical plastic products, which require clean room production are part of our portfolio just like two-shot parts are in large scale batch production.We turn metals such as aluminum, steel, high-grade steel or brass alloys as a CNC contract manufacturer. Our production depth reaches from small-batch, to medium-batch up to large-scale quantities processing parts of various geometry or complexity.Due to rising raw material prices, our customers increasingly change their production from using high-cost metals toward less costly plastics with similar or even better qualities.
