We believe that sustainable organizations growth depends on efficient processes, an organizational culture that values ethics and agility, and on what we consider central to any organization: people.\With this belief, we have developed in organizations where we operate, the Lean Thinking (Pensamento enxuto), Lean Production (Produção enxuta) and Lean Product (Produto enxuto), or as we like to say, the three penxus.\From the three penxus, we are able to guide the practice of lean management with the Lean approach and technically support the development of new products, from the design stage through the phases of engineering, manufacturing and market launch.
