People & Animal Learning Services, Inc. (PALS) is a nonprofit organization in Bloomington, Indiana that provides therapeutic equine programs to individuals with disabilities, at-risk youth, and Veterans. PALS was established as a 501 © (3) organization in 2000. PALS is dedicated to providing professional, fun and safe therapy that intentionally restores functional skills, enhances well-being, and improves quality of life.The Need for PALSThere is a significant shortage of services for people with disabilities in southern Indiana while the number of people with disabilities continues to increase.
