The People's Bakery is a family-owned, wholesale bakery which has been specializing in spelt bread for the last 10 years. Our products all have the same impeccable quality you'll come to love because each one is made by hand, by us. We sell our bread in more than 30 co-ops and health food stores throughout the New England region.
