The People's Kitchen is an innovative culinary incubator, test kitchen and produce market that blends recipe development, product prototyping, fulfillment and distribution of original and private label ready-to-eat meals, meal kits, and fresh produce for hospitality, retail and personal enjoyment.We grew out of Packed, a certified organic produce purveyor on the Lower West Side of Chicago. We collaborate with chefs and artisans to concept and develop pre-packaged salads, fruit cups, harvest bowls, and more. We also create pizza kits for in-home baking and have a fresh, seasonal weekly produce program, delivering to Chicago neighborhoods. We also produce culinary content with our in-house studio and will be sharing recipe techniques, interviews with local chefs and artisans, as well as an inside look at the national culinary scene. Every ingredient is hand picked by us, guaranteeing quality and taste.
