As a Performance Development Coach and Real Estate Professional with over 20 years of experience, I empower individuals to create freedom and live their lives more fully. Whether my clients desire a more successful business, flexibility in their schedule, more work-life balance, or all of the above, I work side by side with them to embolden my clients to build the businesses and lives they are craving.Throughout my 20 years in the field of Real Estate Sales and Management, I have been on both ends of the business, winning and losing. I have worked my way up from the bottom as an agent and manager, learning in leaps and bounds along the way. As both a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and a Certified Profit First Professional Coach (CPFPC), I combine Real Estate Industry expertise with a holistic performance development coaching approach. I have been awarded Realtor of the Year, selected as Board President for the Ann Arbor Realtors Board, and lead one of the most productive real estate sales teams in the state of Michigan. People that work with me succeed, which is one of my greatest joys. I am proud to be a difference maker for my agents, clients, and peers.I provide my clients within the Real Estate industry with the coaching, infrastructure, and expertise needed to build their own businesses as effectively as possible.
