It utilizes the mothering energy of The Island, talented spiritual practitioners, yoga, and exposure response prevention techniques to create a life changing experience.Ojai's retreat is called Celeste and also focuses on those who struggle with disordered eating. Celeste, a weekend retreat in Ojai, California, connects us with the deeper subconscious and the element of water. It includes authentic hot springs, a water healing treatment, and photography focusing on female archetypes. Peregrine Soul is currently discussing future retreats in places like Tanzania and Kauai.Change happens when we are uncomfortable and an otherworldly retreat creates that environment.
