The truth is that the Peripheral Solutions' team has been engaged in the ins and outs of business for a combined 60-plus years, from sales to manufacturing to commercial banking and more. Although the business began as a SR&ED-based consultancy in 2013, by 2015 Stacey saw an opportunity to provide more services to their customers than just the opportunity for a tax credit. Merging together Tracy's 30 years in management, manufacturing, and start-ups; Ann Marie's 17 years in the financial sector and business development; and Stacey's 17 years in sales, customer service, and project execution, Peripheral Solutions transitioned into a management consultancy team in 2016. Now, driven by the values of work-life balance and the belief that every individual deserves to enjoy their job, Peripheral Solutions gives all businesses the opportunity to succeed both philosophically and financially.
