Permanent Floors (a Carpet One Coop Member) is located in Parma, OH. We have been family owned and operated for 70 years. Our installers have grown with us, from 5 - 35 years and know the high quality of excellence that we require on all projects. We have a beautiful showroom located conveniently off I-480 on Ridge road. We have thousands of displays and samples on products such as: carpet, laminate, ceramic, porcelain, hardwood, engineered wood, vinyl, and many more. We also refinish hardwood surfaces and restore them to their original beauty.Permanent Floors has been working with residential and commercial clients in the Greater Cleveland Area. Whether we customize your beautiful new bathroom, or need to quickly replace flooring after an accident in the kitchen, your flooring needs will be met by our design specialists and managed by our project leaders. As we work with many of the builders and contractors in Northeast Ohio, we make sure to bid and complete every commercial job carefully and in a timely matter. With our trained and certified Project Leaders, we are able to streamline communication and pass cost savings onto our clients and commercial builders.Permanent Floors strives to be and industry leader in design and product knowledge. Working side by side with product mills and flooring manufactures, we are able to meet industry specs and qualify a jobsite quickly and efficiently. As we work within project timelines and budgets, we make sure to communicate with our clients at all stages of the project. Because of the training our Specialist receive, we are able to offer a more complete picture to our clients on what their project will be, how to qualify their needs to the product that they desire, and reduce the time of projects significantly.
