Perpetua Investment Group was created in 2018 by Mehdi El Jazouli, Tarik El Aoufi and Yann Abensour. Together, they form a unique blend of entrepreneurs with strong financial backgrounds, sharing the same motto: "with great ability to act fast come great opportunities to grow fast". In less than three years we have initiated over €500 million of financing notably through our equity-linked solutions fund Park Capital, making Perpetua Investment Group a highly competitive actor in providing financing for small and mid-cap European listed companies.Perpetua Investment Group has grown significantly since it was established and now has three separate and independent divisions: (i) equity linked solutions (Park Partners GP), (ii) principal investments (Perpetua Growth) and (ii) asset management (Perpetua Wealth).
