Persona Wood Fired Pizzeria is the only “Create Your Own” concept of its kind that was developed by two Chefs— one classically trained and the other an Italian Pizzaiolo and World Pizza Champion. We make authentic 12" pizza in the Neapolitan style with the highest quality ingredients. Our wood fired pizzas are baked at 800 degrees in less than 90 seconds and start at only $7.95. Our first location is in Santa Barbara, California. We currently have units in development in Northern California, South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, and Texas and are seeking qualified franchisees nationwide.
