At the Personal Development Association we believe in helping others to achieve more in their life. That is why we are a non-for-profit organisation which is focused on running community projects that do the following:1.Help people access opportunities which they previously may have not been able to.2.Support the community in building a cohesive, integrated members that have a sense of belonging.3.Give people the tools, skills and information they need to make informed decisions in their life.4.Encourage people to leverage the education, training and employment opportunities that exist around them.We are a grass-roots organisation based in West London that feels most comfortable when interfacing with the local community. It's our passion to enrich and improve the lives of others that drives our focus on delivering community projects which deliver concrete outcomes.Our aim is to continue being a strong player in the West London community by delivering high quality, impactful and long-term projects.
