Launched in June 2015, the babes behind PerthToDo wanted to help dispel the commonly held notion that Perth is boring. At that point in time, there was very limited sources that provided the people of Perth with useful information about upcoming events and cool stuff to do around town.The founder of PerthToDo regularly attended boutique events and with her extensive social network, had her finger on the pulse of what to do and places to eat around Perth. Equipped with this knowledge and a desire to make Perth a more vibrant and active city, she was driven to create an outlet for this voice through PerthToDo. Within 12 months the idea had expanded rapidly, with the Instagram gaining large amounts of followers with no sign of slowing down. This served to show Perth's large demand for event and activity-based information sources, and fast turned into the original concept into the PerthToDo brand we all know and love today.
