Since 1988, PET has been promoting environmental, citizen and human education through the implementation of projects that unite research, teaching and extension in order to allow students to grow professionally and different realities and contexts that present demands for social and environmental intervention. Currently the group is guided by the conduction of projects connected to the agroecological interface, notably in the area of agrobiodiversity, agroecology education and interdisciplinary training of agricultural and environmental sciences professionals.
