We are a family owned business that was started in 1962, 48 years ago by my father that is currently being managed and operated by the second generation. The company was built on hard work, honesty and integrity and the utmost of customer service. Today my brother and I still manage the company with the same philosophical characteristics of my father with the hopes and dreams that we will be handing the family business to the third generation in another twenty years. Pete Fer Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning is a complete mechanical contracting company providing plumbing, heating and air conditioning new construction, remodel, service and repair. We provide 24 hour service, seven days a week through our automated emergency dispatch paging system. We are also a certified Backflow Device and Valve Testing company providing testing, repairs and installation of various types of Backflow Devices and Valves throughout Southern California. We take pride in owning and operating all of our own equipment and all our employees are licensed journeyman plumbers that have obtained Transportation Worker Identification Credentials (TWIC Cards) issued under the authority of the United States Government. Upon your request, Pete Fer Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning will forward to you our general liability and workman's compensation insurance packages. We provide our services to Total Terminals, Inc., formerly Hanjin Shipping Company, Pacifica Holding Company, Caltrans, Federal-Express Freight, Harvey Capitol Corporation, SSA Terminals, NuStar Energy, Verizon Business, Yusen Terminals, VersaCold Storage and many many others.
