From rehabilitation, renovation, documentation and material conservation, to seismic upgrades and strengthening, our portfolio includes solutions for historic properties, as well as existing structures, within our diverse built surroundings.Founded in 2003, with an exclusive focus on historic to existing built infrastructure, our goal is to strengthen and enhance properties and sites that already exist. Our collaborative, team-oriented process is driven by inquiry and research, seeking appropriate solutions for project specific issues, budget, and client goals. We bring our clients decades of expertise in successfully applying the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties.
