Petr Explosives Group is a private research and education company based in Golden, Colorado founded by Dr. Vilem Petr, who has over 20 years of experience in the explosives industry. We provide remote, local, and in-house education and training opportunities including our popular Practical Explosives Training School (PETS) in conjunction with the State of Colorado and ATF, new miner trainings for Henderson Mine, Avalanche Mitigation Techniques for CDOT including UXO removal, Industrial Cleaning Training for the Coal Power Industry, and many more. We are also one of the leading providers of ultra-high-speed imaging training in the United States and conduct long distance classes for Missouri Science and Technology.
