We look to innovate within the community development sector by redefining affordability to help Canadians in need of long-term housing. Redefining affordability looks at our responsibility as developers to go above and beyond the rent costs to create a climate of inclusivity and environmental responsibility. In doing this we are able to help improve our tenants quality of life by reducing day-to-day expenses. Petrichor Developments focuses on building agency and community for our tenants and clients through their homes. We look to innovate within our communities by searching to redefine affordable housing.Petrichor Developments' 12 unit flagship capital project is in the financing stage in Saskatoon. This community inspired building will focus on housing for 2SLGBTQ+ seniors while targeting Net Zero certification - one of the first Multi-Family buildings in Canada to do so.Petrichor Developments also provides housing consulting services to both NPO's and for profit firms to help develop, finance, and guide affordable housing projects
