Phase V is a separate entity and extension of the Milwaukee County Justice Point Services. It is a continuation of the Drug Treatment Court's vision, mission and values that adhere to the standards and practice points of the Wisconsin Association of Treatment Court Professionals.Phase V includes additional aspects of vocational development, peer mentoring and community involvement used to transition an individual's recovery into the discovery of pursuing hopes, dreams and aspirations that create community assets and financial stability7 REASONS TO SUPPORT PHASE VPhase V is alleviating its members reliance on government assistance and positioning members to become community assets and contributors.Phase V is an economic stimulus; advocating for the creation of more drug courts, alumni groups, job openings and peer supporters.Phase V is preparing to become a fully self-supporting organization, initially dependent on outside contributions from supporters like you.Phase V counsels client to case worker relations; advocating for favorable outcomes and behaviors.Phase V is developing leadership skills within members that are essential to the success of a 21st century recovering community and workforce.Phase V promotes a higher civic engagement, more social cohesion, higher child welfare and lower poverty rates.
