It now feels natural to me, however I realize that this is not the case everywhere, yet. I do believe that I can help in bringing this culture, mindset, way of thinking to other organizations, to make a real difference in the way they serve and delight customers.I was one of the architects of the European construction of the world fastest growing company's Supply Chain. I managed Fulfillment, Inventory strategy, Transportation, Network design and Customer enhancement. I shaped the organization and hired hundreds of talented individuals in operations management, project management, data analytic and people management to build the supply chain that delights customers everyday now.The world is changing, there is no other option than to change as fast or even faster.
