Project Homeless Connect (PHC) Santa Cruz County puts on two events per year. One serving north county (Santa Cruz Connect) in the spring, and one serving south county (Watsonville Connect) in the fall. These are all day events where individuals, corporations, nonprofits, and government agencies provide free services to community members who are experiencing homelessness or in need. These services include: Dental care, eyeglasses, family support, food, housing, hygiene products, medical care, mental health services, substance abuse treatment, Social Security benefits, legal advice, California identification cards, cell phones, employment counseling, veterinary services, bike repair, and more. Our mission is to serve the community and continue to make it a supportive place for everyone to live.
