We are a small, client focused, design orientated, architectural studio based in Milnathort, Kinross-shire.Ideally located between Perth & Edinburgh we can provide architectural services to clients throughout Scotland but currently work mainly in Perth & Kinross, Fife and the Lothians.The studio was established in 2009 based on Phil's 25 years in architectural practice and his experience in a wide range of different building types, sizes, constructions and procurement methods.We offer a wide range of services from site appraisal through design, planning & building warrant applications, tender and contract administration.Current and past projects include a number of ‘one off' houses, conversions, domestic extensions and alterations as well as community projects.We hold professional indemnity insurance, membership of all relevant professional bodies including ARB, RIBA & RIAS and attend regular CPD events to ensure that our knowledge is up to date.We offer our clients value for money and a personal, professional, high quality architectural design service.Testimonial from a satisfied client:'Phil, was our architect for a major 6 room attic conversion and other changes to our home.
