Established in 2009, Philadelphia Green Roofs LLC is a complete resource for all your vegetated roof solutions. We provide expert green roof design, installation and maintenance. Whether your project is new construction or a retrofit, we will guide you through every step of the design and installation process.Through our strategic partners we can coordinate a single source roof warranty. Our trained crew has been building green roofs since 2009 and we have 123 green roofs under our belt as of the 2015 season. We have experience with every system: extensive, intensive, built in place, pre-grown mat and modules. On July 1, 2015, this tax credit was doubled–to 50% of the cost of the green roof and the waterproofing layer, up to $100,000 per building, given in the form of BIRT tax forgiveness.
