Philadelphia Technology Park opened in the Philadelphia-based Navy Yard in September 2010 and has quickly become one of the Mid-Atlantic's premier carrier-neutral data centers. Philadelphia Technology Park is a state-of-the-art, 25,700 square foot colocation data center that serves to house mission critical data for its customers. The center was designed to meet the high-density power, cooling and bandwidth requirements of the Uptime Institute. Located within the Philadelphia Navy Yard, it is the only purpose-built, single-use data center facility of its kind in Southeastern Pennsylvania, South Jersey and Wilmington market. Over $25 million have been invested into Philadelphia Technology Park.Philadelphia Technology Park is owned by Enterprise Technology Parks, LLC and is a sister corporation to Baltimore Technology Park, a 30,000 square foot colocation data center located in Baltimore, Maryland.
