Philco Consulting Group was established in 2002 to assist small courier companys to adapt with the changing market place of time sensitive transportation. In doing so, we became more involved in the development and management of the On Demand courier systems. We have expanded into the transportation and logistics industries representing companies in securing facilities, accounts and implementing operational policies. This lead us to include training programs as part of normal services. The Philco approach is to focus on the local courier operation areas by designing training materials and sessions for every level of personnel in software usage, reporting and management. We research market opportunities, review route structures and designing logistic systems to optimize multiple locations.
