Philein-Sophia strives to educate students regarding philosophical topics, such as the philosophy of decision-making or the philosophy of happiness, so that students can become better understand themselves and be successful in their future endeavors. We hope that students apply philosophy to their lives on a day-to-day basis. We have several projects in the works, one of which includes teaching philosophy to kids in Haryana, India. We are also collaborating with well-accredited universities such as New York University and other universities in the New York City area and beyond in order to bring philosophy to a wider audience. We have several opportunities for our members to partake in. Members can aid us in our projects by researching and creating education materials or presentations on certain philosophical topics. Members will also have the oppotunity to collaborate with university students and speak with graduate students and professors, giving members a chance to expand their network and build lasting relationships.
