Fitness business run by 2 former Commonwealth Games athletes. We look to take the excuses away from you and let you focus on achieving your goals. If needed, we will also help you set these goals and regularly measure where you are on your journey. We run high intensity interval training (hiit) classes at a nightclub in the West End of Glasgow. Working out on the dance floor provides an alternative exercise experience. However the sound system and professionally designed session ensure that no matter what your fitness level you will get an awesome work out. We also offer Nutritional advice and provide online training sessions people can do in their own homes and at their own leisure. Food boxes are also available- meaning you don't even have to worry about going to the supermarket. We really do have all bases covered allowing you to spend your time working out.
