PHIT America is a 501(c)4 & 501(c)3 organization dedicated to overcoming the inactivity pandemic, increasing sports & fitness participation, and keeping structured Physical Education in schools. PHIT America is fueled by a national alliance of over 150 companies & organizations who support the ongoing efforts of PHIT America to overturn the inactivity pandemic. We are dedicated to supporting and expanding physical activity based programs in communities and quality physical education programs in our schools. We advocate for US Legislation which will result in active lifestyles to help prevent and overcome the obesity and sedentary crisis while reducing healthcare costs. PHIT America is a year round social media and marketing campaign promoting an "Active, Fit and Healthy America" by educating millions of Americans on: 1.) The urgency and implications of the obesity & sedentary crisis 2.) The benefits of increased physical activity and fitness 3.) How the PHIT Act will help Americans "Get Fit & Healthy" 4.)
