Legislated as the authority on substance abuse in Greenville County by South Carolina Act 301, the Phoenix Center is the county's largest provider of substance abuse services.With a dedicated staff and innovative programs, the Phoenix Center takes a proactive approach to fighting addiction and drug abuse.
