We utilise the trusted and respected experience of our professional management team who have a track record of delivery of successful large-scale global tourism projects.Led by Ian R. Douglas, we have worked extensively in the UK, South Africa, Singapore, the USA, UAE, Europe and the Indian Ocean Islands. Key projects include Atlantis The Palm in Dubai; Mazagan Beach Resort in Morocco; the Singapore Sentosa Integrated Resort bid; and in Cape Town: One&Only Resort, the Cape Town International Convention Centre, GrandWest Casino and Entertainment World and various other projects.The significance of Phoenix: Having always been part of my personal family heraldry, the Phoenix is principally associated with the philosophy of Renewal and the influence of the Sun. Phoenix, for me, is about the power of large scale tourism-related projects that have to ability to transform and renew the communities in which they exist. It is the development of these types of projects that inspires and energises me.PHOENIX GLOBAL was formed by Ian in March 2016 to capitalise on and harvest the extensive experience gained through the various major projects that I have worked on during my time with Sol Kerzner in his private office, Kerzner International Ltd. and Sun International Ltd.
