Phoenix Qualtec is a food safety consultancy business managed by Martin Davenport, a qualified food industry professional with over 30 years' experience in technical management and food safety auditing covering a broad range of industries: Dairy, Snacks and Bakery, Fresh Cut Fruit, Beverages including Tea and Coffee and Ingredients. Working with such a broad range of products has meant getting to grips with very varied packaging formats including aseptic packaging, extrusion -blow moulding, MAP packs and form filled seal bags. As well as providing in house resources we can access a versatile network of specialists working in the academic, analytical and industrial arenas.
